At the meeting of Perth and Kinross Council of 26 February 2025, the above petition was presented to members, along with a briefing note from the Strategic Lead - Property Services, providing information on the contents of the petition. Council agreed to defer consideration of the petition until this meeting when it was scheduled that a further report be submitted providing updated information and proposals in relation to the proposals in the petition.

Council is asked to note that the response to the petition will be determined as part of the consideration of the report for Item 6 on the agenda
