Council is asked to note the IJB Annual Performance Report which was approved by the IJB Audit and Performance Committee on 25 August 2025.

11 Appointments to Committees/Outside Bodies

1. Council is asked to note the updated guide to political balance on committees (attached).

2. Council is asked to agree that Ian Massie replace Councillor Grant Laing on the Finance and Resources Committee.

3. Council is asked to agree that Councillor Eric Drysdale be appointed Vice-Convener on the Finance and Resources Committee.

4. Council is asked to agree that Councillor Ian Massie replace Councillor Grant Laing on the Property Sub-Committee.

5. Council is asked to agree that Councillor Tom McEwan be appointed Convener of the Property Sub-Committee.

6. Council is asked to agree that Councillor Stewart Donaldson be appointed as Vice-Convener of the Property Sub-Committee.

7. Council is asked to agree that Councillor Ian Massie replace Councillor Grant Laing on the Economy and Infrastructure Committee.

8. Council is asked to agree that Councillor ken Harvey replace Councillor Grant Laing on the Climate Change and Sustainability Committee.

9. Council is asked to agree that Councillor Eric Drysdale replace Councillor Grant Laing on the Community Planning Partnership Board.

10. Council is asked to agree that Councillor Grant Stewart replace Councillor Grant Laing on Tayside Contracts Joint Committee.

11. Council is asked to agree that Councillor jack Welch replace Councillor Grant Laing on the Tay Cities Deal Joint Committee.

12. Council is asked to agree that Councillor Tom McEwan replace Councillor Grant Laing on the COSLA Convention.
