1. Council is asked to agree that Councillor Ian Massie be appointed as an additional Vice-Convener of the Economy and Infrastructure Committee.

2. Council is asked to agree that Bailie Mike Williamson be appointed as an additional Vice-Convener of the Housing and Social Wellbeing Committee.

Section 30 - Licensing Committee

Paragraph 30.1 to be amended as follows:

'To determine applications for licenses, permits, registrations and vary, suspend or revoke any such licences, permits, registrations in terms of the following legislation and all related subordinate legislation and to exercise discretion in terms of any condition attached to such licenses, permits or registrations where the approval of the Council as Licensing Authority is required'

Paragraph 30.1, two bullet points to be added as follows:
