The Strategic Policy and Resources Committee considers: voluntary organisations; financial assistance; the Council's social justice policy; the Equalities and Diversity policies in relation to the promotion of equality of opportunity, in relation to both the functions of the Council and the wider community in Perth and Kinross and to promote initiatives to combat discrimination; financial resources; corporate asset management; human resources; civic services; community planning; continuous improvement; scrutiny of service delivery; and contracting, tendering and procurement.
