Welcome to Perth and Kinross Council's Councillors and Democracy Site.

Click on the links on the left to find information about Councillors, Council and Committee meetings, agendas, reports and minutes, how decisions are made and the Council's constitutional documents. There is also information regarding other bodies in respect of which the Council makes appointments.

All public committee meetings are now hybrid, as well as taking place in the Council Building they will also take place virtually via Microsoft Teams and meetings will be live streamed and recorded.  A link to watch the live broadcast of the meeting can be found via the meeting documents page.  Recordings of the meetings will be made available to view via the Council's YouTube page following the meeting.  

If you wish to register your details you can choose to receive notifications when information regarding Committees is published on the site.  Once the registration process is complete you can choose which notifications you receive.
